Samantha Cadorniga earned her BS degree in Health Science at Stony Brook University. She is on track for admission into a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She has experience as a competitive dance team member, training in the genres of hip hop and street jazz. Additionally her sports experience includes intercollegiate rugby as well as intramural soccer and basketball.
Glenn Dioso will earn his B.S in Exercise Physiology from Brooklyn College at the end of 2018. He is on track for admission to a Physical Therapy Doctorate program. His personal movement training includes Fundamentals in Basketball and Muay Thai from Coban Lookchaomaesaitong. He has really developed an outstanding grasp and application of Speed of Sport Concepts. Glenn is available for personal training at this location.
Laijuan Huang earned her Bachelor's Degree at Lafayette College for Pyschology and Studio Art. She just earned admission to the College of Staten Island Physical Therapy program. In her leisure time, she enjoys kickboxing, yoga and running. Her soft demeanor and intuition for soft tissue work makes her a valuable member of the staff.
Ian Markow earned a Bachelor's of Art from the University of Central Florida. His exceptional understanding of FRC theory and Kinstretch concepts makes him one of the most effective teachers and representatives of the thought process in NYC. He has strong social media presence in various channels. He provides online coaching. He leads weekly KinStretch classes at this location as well as provides private individual FRC instruction. He is available for personal training at this location.
Joshua Park, DPT earned his doctorate in Touro college. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), he learned how corrective movement can enhance a patient’s athletic performance and body posture to establish optimal muscle balance. He is currently studying advanced manual therapy courses through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) to become a Certified Manual Therapist. He is a very driven physical therapist, actively traveling to other cities and countries to pursue further clinical gems. When he’s not in the clinic, he is passionate Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) practitioner as well as a triathlete. His mission is to help people to live pain-free. Being exposed to eastern medicine and believing in its healing power has lead Josh to currently pursuing an Oriental Medicine doctorate from Pacific College.
Joshua is currently taking two months in the start of the year to work as a Physical Therapist in the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea. Having been born in Seoul, South Korea, this is a proud moment to be an active member of the supporting healthcare community there. Wishing him a grand experience!
Boris Umanov earned his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Catholic University of America. There he demonstrated leadership as Captain of the Rugby team and VP of ballroom dancing club. He followed up with an A.o.S. Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences. Born in Ukraine and raised in Brooklyn, he has an extensive background in sports such as soccer and basketball to now movement. His movement journey has evolved to include five years of rock climbing and yoga. He is currently a student of the Ido Portal Method.
